Description
Truly embracing the landscape, this 35+ acre property lies on the Aspens edge of the intimate neighborhood, Emerald Meadows, located just 5.5 miles from town on all paved roads. The home is nestled within the native Aspens, Pines, and Spruces and surrounded by high quality Timothy and Brome hay meadows. With 29 acres of hayable pasture the hay production is a healthy 60 ton per year which also maintains the agricultural exemption. You and your horses will be happy and comfortable with two pastures, two paddocks, a horse barn with an attached tack room and storage loft, plus the historic Werner grain shed which is still fully operational. The main home while large in scale still feels cozy and intimate. Featuring beautiful Mt. Werner views, a hand-crafted rock fireplace, open floor plan, main level master suite, loft, and lower level family room with a guest kitchen. The caretaker is complete with 2-bedrooms, high end appliances, and personal laundry. Outside, you will find the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and several decks and patios to soak up the post card views of Mt. Werner. Some of the best views are found walking from the horse barn to the pasture and following it along the neighborhood recreation easement, something both you and your animals will appreciate.
