Description
Located in the vibrant urban neighborhood of Baker, this two story features updated modern conveniences while maintaining its vintage charm. Built in 1885 and identified as a Dutch Colonial Revival largely due to its recognizable gambrel roof, the home features hardwood floors, crown molding, period staircase and iconic covered front porch complete with the porch swing. The renovations include plantation shutters, spacious kitchen with crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gas stove as well as a new sewer line (admit it, that is a feature that must be emphasized). The decorative front door is known in the neighborhood as the most lovely of front doors and upon crossing its threshold you will find spacious rooms that are light and airy. Full bathroom and bedroom are on the main level. The upper level boasts a master suite and closet that is the envy of the other homes on your tour list. In addition to the master is a second bedroom and bathroom with oversized shower.
